1. Overview
The standard signal isolator works on high-linearity analog
optocoupler principle. It converts 4-20mA dc current into
4-20mA dc current or 0-5v(or 1-5V) dc voltage with single
output or double outputs. Its input, outputs and power supply
are electrically isolated from each other. It features in
its high accuracy, high isolation, low drift and wide range
of operation temperature. It can well avoid the common-mode
noise and power line interference generated during the transmission
of signals from transducers or instruments. It is especially
suitable to use in these devices, which requires electrically
isolated, such as sensors, transducers and meters. It may
be widely used in measuring and controlling systems with PLC,
computer and automatic control systems.

6. Notes
1. Please check part numbers, number of products according
to the packing list and labels on the products carefully before
use.
2. Please make sure to connect input, output and power supply
correctly in accordance with the connection diagram of your
part number before power on.
3. The standard signal isolators should be used only in environments
without conductive dust, corrosive or explosive gases.
4. Please ensure the terminal screws are tightened securely
and reliably before the electrical testing with a multimeter
directly on the terminals.
5. If a group of standard signal isolators are mounted together,
keep a space more than 10 mm between adjacent units.
6. The standard signal isolators have been calibrated before
delivery. Please contact the company if readjustment is required.
7. Don't disassemble the standard signal isolators. Please
avoid impact or fall down from a high place. Do not remove
or destroy the product labels.
8. Please take additional and reasonable means for lightning
protection, especially when the input and output wires of
the standard signal isolator are exposed outdoor.
