The red LED does not light after power on

• Check the connections and the power supply to ensure its voltage meets the requirement shown on the label.
• Check the operation current of power supply, the normal value is about 30mA.
• If everything is OK, the red LED must be damaged.

The red LED blinks once per 2S after power on (normally it blinks once per 100mS)

• Strong interference causes the transducer can not operate normally and reset the watch dog of the transducer.

• Check the setting of address and baud rate if it is correct. For all transducer originally delivered, their originally address is set as 1
  and the baud rate is set as 9600bps, the communication format is n,8,1.
• Check the commands used if they are in conformity with the introductions. The CE-A transducers can communicate with ASCII
  code and MODBUS protocol.
• If the green LED does not blink when the transducer sends data. it means that there is a trouble with the communication circuitry,
  so the transducer cannot receive the responded data.
• If the green LED blinks only once (for about 1mS). It means that wrong address or wrong command is used, the transducer can
  receive response data, but the data is wrong and then the transducer stops its receiving.
• If the green LED blinks for decades of milliseconds during communicating, it means the transducer can receive normally and then
  make response to send data. Then if the host computer can not receive the data from transducer, please check the receiving of
  RS485 or RS232 or check the receiving by using software. We recommend that you can use a serial communication port debugging
  software to test the receiving to see if the data frame is correct.

The value of power is shown as a negative value

• When the value of active power is negative, it means the current input is connected in reverse direction, please reconnect the
  current input in correct direction.
• If the value of power of a 3 –phase-4-wire transducer is shown only about 1/3 of the actual total power, it means one of input
  phase lines is connected in reverse direction, please reconnect the input phase line in correct direction.

• Make sure the voltage of phase A is connected correctly. The value of frequency is obtained from phase A.

• The address and the baud rate can be changed by using of the testing software of CE-A transducers. You can download
  the software from our website. If the transducer has a toggle switch, you can set the address and the baud rate by changing
  the different combination of the toggle switch.
